OPMG will provide staff lead in organizing, preparing, and briefing the DAS—and a follow-on to the VCSA—with support from OCPA, OCLL, G2, G3, TJAG, CID, DAIG, STRATCOM; & EOH Staff Group,

To facilitate coordination and ease scheduling constraints, the brief will be broken down into discrete segments by topic and scheduled as a sequential briefing from 1330-1800, 3 Sep 04. The consolidated briefing will be distributed at 1000, 1 Sep 04 to all staff principals and the VDAS/DAS as a read-ahead packet.
Overview includes OSD and DA Detainee Oversight Forums (Offices, Executive Agent, TF/Panels) and will provide an overarching agenda for the entire update.
