1. (U) Significant Activities - RFIs
The following actions are ongoing:
o PMG and G3 are preparing a brief to VCSA on MP Force Structure solutions to meet upcoming rotational requirements in support of GWOT. Briefing focuses on full spectrum of MP capabilities to include PR Force Structure requirements.
o Preparing background information and staff in support of the Kern/Fay/Jones Report Rollout.
o AR 190-8 Interim Policy staffing is complete with full staff/proponent concurrence. s
Those Staffs that concurred with comments have been contacted and to ensure comments are incorporated appropriately. OTJAG, as the final review, has also concurred with comments.
2. (U) Current Operations

Seven Day Focus (Close Battle)
Continue to work current detainee operations in support of VDAS/DAS.
o Continue to develop the Army Detainee and Interrogation Operations Integration Plan.
o PMG is currently working SDs for temporary manpower in preparation to transition all current Detainee Operations from EOH to OPMG.
3. (U) Future Operations Long Range Focus (Deep Battle)
o The upcoming activations of an AC PR BN and FR Company at GTMO is currently on track for activation 16 OCT 04.
