1. (U) Significant Activities — RFIs
o OPMG continues to work lead to organize and prepare a Detainee Operations brief to
incoming Director.
o Detainee Operations Planning Group is currently writing the Army Detainee Operations
Plan at Presidential Towers offices.
o PMG developed, and staffed and Info Paper for VDAS/DAS in response to a CFLCC
request for clarification of role in detainee operations and intelligence oversight.

2. (U) Current Operations Seven Day Focus (Close Battle)
o Interim Change to AR 190-8 (Rapid Action Revision) staffing is complete IAW AR 25
30. Reviewing OTJAG review results. Preparing DA Form 260 to go forward for
approval and publishing.
o Currently working with G3 FM to assess appropriate FR structure and to synchronize
current buys to meet rotational requirements.
o OPMG is currently working with HRC and FC to standup UR BN and Co at GTMO in
Oct 04.
3. (U) Future Operations Long Range Focus (Deep Battle)
o Planning for the AR 190-8 re-write, that will take place in 1st QTR FY 05.
