(U) ICRC/Washington Head of Delegation Christophe Girod met on April 30 with L Taft to discuss ICRC's findings from its trip to GTMO in early April. Girod explained that President Kellenberger is likely to raise similar points when he comes to Washington, currently scheduled for May 13-14.
