The email states "As you may be aware, I was in GTMO and I did observe aggressive Interrogation practices and as a Behavioral Analysis Advisor on interrogation techniques was aware of extreme interrogation techniqUes that were planned and implemented against certain detainees. These events were summarized in memos and an EC written by myself and my colleagues between Oct and May of 2002. I have been discussing these events with GC Valerie Caproni."
