I have to go to Capital Hill wit ID on this Thursday AM and brief staff members on CID detainee abuse investigations and osecutions worldwide.
One of the cases that I will get ask -bout isAIM.-summarized by CID as follows:

D on 15 Sep 03. Unit: D Co, 4th FSB, 4th ID Synopsis: At the Forward Operating Base P orse detention facility, an Iraqi detainee NW
died while in US custody. An enlisted Soldier while on and duty, failed to follow the ROE and shot the detainee who was standing close to the perimeter wire.
Status: .Case closed. The Soldier was charged with urder. Soldier was reduced to E-1 and administratively discharged in lieu of trial by court-martial (014 -CID469).
