Email from Alexander Karagiannis to State Department officials forwarding a letter from the Guantanamo detainees. Mr. Karagiannis' comments are "Please share with legal comunity. NSC has said it has not yet seen the letter from its mail system. but it is out in the open in UK. can expect legal, media inquiries at some point; possible parliamentary, political q's as well."
