-- WHATEVER THE LEGAL STATUS OF DETAINEES, THE INDIVIDUALS BEING DETAINED AT GUANTANAMO ARE BEING TREATED HUMANELY CONSISTENT WITH THE PRINCIPLES OF THE GENEVA CONVENTIONS.
