Segment L24

Ms. Amrit Singh

Dear Ms. Singh:

I refer to our letter December 17, 2004, regarding the
release of certain Department of State material under the
Freedom of Information Act (Title 5 USC Section 552).

As you may recall, in the case of Segment L24, further
coordination was required before a decision could be made as
to the release of one of the documents previously retrieved

in response to your request. We have determined that the
subject document in Segment L24 is a duplicate of LE71, a
document fully processed in the L6 Segment of this case.

Sincerely,

Margaret P. Grafeld
