Dear Ms. Singh:
I refer to our letter dated December 28, 2004, regarding the release of certain Department of State material you had requested under the Freedom of Information Act (Title 5 USC Section 552) .
As you may recall, further coordination was required before decisions could be made as to the release of four documents previously retrieved in response to the Genev 1 segment of your request. In our letter of May 9, 2005, we discussed the handling of three documents. Coordination has now been completed on the fourth document. We find that it may be released with excisions. A copy is enclosed.
The material in the excised portions of the document released in part is of such a nature that its release would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal

Enclosure: As stated.
