SUBJECT: 391" Military Police Battalion Records Check

(FOU 1528 hours, 1 June 2004, the undersigned and et with , USA; S3, 391" Military Police a on, gdad Central Corrections Fact i'.y, Iraq to obtain MP logs concerning the transfer of detainees between MP and Military Intelligence contro1.111111dvised that 391" MP BN do not have any logs prior to 11 February 2004. He added that the previous MP unit most likely destroyed or took their logs with them when they departed.

(FOUO) We also reviewed the 391 b1 MP BN computer files to located electronic records concerning the movement of detainees and allegded detainee abuse. This review produced no records.
