PARA 2E.
(1)
Department of the Army will assist ARCENT in developing and coordinating an integrated, multi-disciplined detainee operations assessment/assistance team. Assessment team will provide report to CENTCOM.

Department of the Army will provide a team to execute a Train-the-Trainer style
assessment in support of ARCENT future recurring assessments.

(3)
The Assessment Report will provide basis for future assessments and include recommendations for future team organization and assessment frequency.

PARA 3.
ARCENT can execute day to day operational and intelligence functions pertaining to
detainees held within the CENTCOM AOR as directed by CENTCOM.

PARA 6.

ARCENT will facilitate Department of the Army in developing an integrated, multi-disciplined detainee operations assessment/assistant team.

(2)
ARCENT/HQDA Assessment Team composition will be developed by OPMG in coordination with ARCENT.

PARA 7.
Assessment/assistant areas will be developed by OPMG in coordination with ARCENT.
