Was assi ed to Abu Ghraib as the Signal Officer for the 320 MP BN. He acknowadged tha worked in the 320 th and confirme tatement that he maintained a copy of e-mail correspondence within the 320'. kept this on a CD-ROM secured in a safe, at his Reserve Unit Headquarters in Fort Dix, NJ. did not recall anything in the e-mail traffic concerning abu3es of detainees or specificallegations/incidtits. He opined there were some e-mails pertaining to the challenges/difficulties d transition period between the Military Police units at Abu Ghraib. is scheduled for "drill" at his unit on 6 and 7 June 2004. He offered to review the e mails

and telephone if he discovers any coorespondence related to detainee abuse or allegations of abuse. Otherwise he will copy the CD and FEDEX or Priority Mail the CD NLT 8 June 2004.
