THE FOLLOWING STATE T IS BASED ON A TELEPHONE CONVERSATION BETWEE S-3, 28TH COMBAT ARMY SURGICAL HOSPITAL (CASH).
On 25 June at approximately 1500hrs, I phoned the 28thMSH to request a list of all medical personnel tasked to support Abu Ghraib prison Mstated the 28 th CASH had no personnel assigned to Abu Ghraib but that they M
suppo prisoners form Abu
Ghraib when they were transported to their facility to receive medical support. He provided a list of all PAs or doctors assigned to the CASH form Mid November to Mid December. Document is attached.
