SUBJECT: Documentation for Lack of Original DocuMents
1: This office provided a Request For Assistance to the 87 th Military Police Detachment (ClD), • Ft Bragg, NC On 14 Sep 04 an Information Report w/enclosures was mailed to this office, and a courtesy copy was provided electronically. To this date, this office has not received the original Info Report w/enclosures. During the months of September thru November 2004, there were three convoys hit by Improvised Explosive Devices (IED) destroying the mail connexes.
2. Please note that Exhibits 19 thru 25 are copies only as it appears the originals were lost or destroyed within the mail channels.
