General Ennis is recommending that a soldier receive a reprimand in his file at his Local Unit File “for a period of three years or until his departure from your general court-martial jurisdiction. Whichever is sooner”. There is no indication as to who the soldier is or the offence that was committed.

1.1 have considered the matter_submitted in response to your memorandum of reprimand dated 26 April 2004; the case file; MG Olson's recommendation; and _exceptional service, to include two deployments to Afghanistan.

2. In accordance with Army Regulation 600.37, paragraph 3.a,1 recommend that_reprimand he filed in his Local Unit File for a period of three years or until his departure from your general court-manial jurisdiction. whichever is sooner.
