About 0730, 4 Nov 03, at Abu Ghuraib prison, MANADAL AL-JUMADI, Abu Abdullah
Group Cell Leader collapsed and was. pronounced dead allegedly as a result of a heart
attack after being released from the Navy Seal Team 7 and the OGA interrogation team.
When MANADAL's body was examined, it showed recent signs of a struggle and had
bruises along with a swollen right eye. On 4 Nov 03, CIA IG, Langley, VA queried HQs
· CID Command at Fort Belvoir, VA about the incident. CIA IG has requested tiiat 3d MP
GP (CID) investigate this matter and the remains of MANADAL not be released but
retained for further medicolegal and post mortem examination. Investigation continues
byCID. .
