This is the Death certificate for Luay Mustafa Razzaq Abd-Al. Mr. Abd-Al was found hanging in his prison cell at the Theater Internment Facility (TIF), Camp Cropper, Baghdad, Iraq, of an apparent suicide. He was given medical treatment at the scene and transported to the hospital, where he was declared dead from self-inflicted hanging. No US personal were suspected or implicated in the death o fMr. Abd-Al. Cause of Death: Hanging; Manner of Death: Suicide.
