Phase I training began in January 2001 and lasted approximately 2 2 months, and was comprised of basic weapons

He said'the torture techniques consisted of playing the loud infidel music, turning the air conditioning on real cold or making the room very hot. These techniques only strengthen the prisoners resolve not to cooperate.
