About 29 Jun 04, this office received the AR 15-6 Investigation, which - reflected that SPCMINI/Nabwas justifiable in the shooting of the detainee, having used the prescribed Rules of Engagement (ROE) (see AR 15-6 Investigation and attachment for details).
