He fired a total of four rounds at the two escapees, striking one twice (once in the back and once in the legs). The escapee (Ajkej. About 29 Jun 04, this office received the AR 15-6 Investigation, which - reflected that SPCMINI/Nabwas justifiable in the shooting of the detainee, having used the prescribed Rules of Engagement (ROE) (see AR 15-6 Investigation and attachment for details). VICILL_ki4C-3,11P3 10-1d with CPT Advocate, 3rd Military Police Group (CID), USACIDC, Fort Gilleem, GA, who was briefed on the AR 15-6 Investigation, and the opinion provided by the 800th MP Brigade SJA.
