This is a CID investigation into the death of Ismail Hamid Ali, a detainee at the Theater Internment Facility (TIF), Camp Bucca, Umm Qasr, Iraq on May 25, 2006. Mr. Ali was playing volleyball in the camp yard when he was witnessed to suddenly collapsed. Medics responded to assist him. CPR was initiated, but failed to revive him.
