6.
Place note envelopes in every file.

7.
Malce sure files are set up in proper order — all files should be set up similar, even if we are varying from CIDR 195-1. If we need to discuss further, we can. (see layout on front board prepared by SA

. Also, if you ave identified any POC (names, numbers, emails) pertaining to your case, ensure they are annotated in file (IP sheet has place in bottom left comer).

The above ROI relates to an allegation of abuse. Further rev of the file determined the controlling unit was the U.S..
Marines. Do we need to refer this to
NCIS? Or, do we still go ahead and work it?

Investigative activity conducted dUring the reporting period (6 - 12 Feb 05):

1. On 8 Feb 05, this office conducted an administrative review of this investigation,
, which noted the Request For Assistances (RFA), Information Reports, AIR's, Rights
y,,L-1 Waiver/Non-Waiver Certificates, and Sworn Statements attached to this file did not specifically
address the allegations made by Mr. alpbut instead pertain to another detainee abuse

(12-1C-1 investigation. The only similarity noted between the two investigations was the possibility of the same interrogator being listed in both investigations. Further review of this investigation noted the original RFA forwarded to the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) was lacking in the proper information NCIS would need in order to properly complete the RFA.
2. On 10 Feb 05, this office coordinated with CW Criminal
19(9
Intelligence, 1 lth MP Battalion (CID), to determine a more specific unit, rnore specific than just
