<p>An investigation into allegations by an Iraqi detinee that interrogators hand- and leg-cuffed him to the floor and pushed him over while blindfolded, causing severe pain and nerve bruising in his wrist. the investigation concluded that there was &quot;insufficient evidence to prove or disprove&quot; the allegation of abuse. (The investigation appears to have been initiated after the CID was notified of the allegation of abuse by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).</p>

I spoke with the hospital commander and he said they may or may not have an x-ray log documenting the prisoners that they take x­rays of. The Iraqi clinic does not have x-ray equipment. He did state he had spoken to a man in civilian clothing, who he believed was in the military, about being interrogated while his hands and feet where restrained by metal handcuffs and anchored to the floor of his interrogation room. During one of those interrogations, which 1111111111111111111111111111 believed occurred between two and three months ago, one of his interrogators struck him in the left stioulder.11111.1111 ¦pdid not knowwhich interrogator struck him. At the time he was struck, one of his interrogators was asking him about attacks on US and Coalition Forces.
