• been assigned as Case Agent for the following investigations: 0184-04- CID259-802.30; 0192-04-CID259-80236;0193-04-CID259-80237; and 0225- 040D259-80259. All of the above cases have been sent a Request For Assistance to

Since these investigations involve detainee abuse I must send weekly ( updates to CID Command in VVashingtOn -DC and require weekly updates of the RFAs sent. , To make a long story short, I need your help. NCIS Control Number. SA related his office had not received any additional RFAs
from this office. He related he would coordinate with the Al Asad office to obtain a status

determine a course of action pertaining to the above cases. In that these incidents occurred
under the control of the U.S. Marine Corps, this office is requesting that NCIS assume
investigative responsibility in an effort to bring these investigations to some resolution.
