AGENTS COMMENT: Canvass interviews were not conducted due to the extremely poor record keeping of the previous unit, unable to determine who was in the Hard-site during the time in question and due to the fact that almost 1500 Detainees have been released in the past weeks . AGENTS COMMENT: Unable to locate any kind of listing for juvenile detainees assigned to cells 20-25. A check of the Bio-Automated Toolset (BATS) for juveniles related there were five juveniles assigned to Tier 1, none of which were the DetaineeeMIIIP. I did discover that all cells throughtout the hardsite are numbered continuously, therefore cells 1-50 are in tier 1A. I scrubbed some log book paper work of detainee transfers that LTCIIMIlihadblc-3 /fie-3 from Dec 03. I was only able to locate 3 numbers listed from cell 20-25. I check the dossiers on the individuals and determined each of them were 25+ yo. After checking with CPA, 391st MP BN, MI BN, and MAG Cell, I was unable to find a roster for the time period. As a last resort, I checked with inprocessing, who runs the BATS system, so they could query thier system for all Juveniles that are and were here. I found the following individuals on the lists that were assigned to tier 1. It is unknown which cell and I only know that they are Juv. Also it is unknown if they were in Tier 1 during that time frame. The location seen on the list is the current or last location before release or transfer.
