Report of investigation into allegations of abuse of two Ukrainian detainees at Abu Ghraib following a report on DeepikaGlobal.com that US MPs used chemical agents against them. After their detention at Abu Ghraib, the two detainees were released and repatriated to Ukraine. The investigation failed to prove or disprove the allegations. The report concluded that during the detainees' incarceration in Tier 3A, chemical agents were used to stop riots and were not directed to any one individual.
