INVESTIGATIVE SUMMARY: On 08 Sep 03, MR , proVIded a Wntten Arabic Statement reporting he was the victim of aggravated assault and robbery on 07 Sep 03, outside the confines of LSA Adder, Iraq. ~-5';~'5. WifIiii Investigation established there is probable cause to believe SGT and PFC committed the offenses of Kiaa-tobbery, Aggravated Assault, and Conspiracy when, on 07 Sep 03 they pushed MR into the back of their 5-ton truck, drove 4.7 miles to an isolated area, robbed him of his watch and money, _Whim in the face. Investigation also established probable cause to believe that PFC committed the offense of False Swearing when, on 09 Sep 03, he rendered a sworn statement which he knew to be false.
