Apologies for the late response. The.case was filled with problems
including his CH10. The soldier returned with no paperwork, save one page
referencing a CH10 signed by GEN Odierno. Somehow G-1 managed to breathe
life into that and the soldier cleared post last week. I can forward you a
copy of the CH10 for your purposes.
As far as an opine. I had the case originally upon his first return from
Iraq and we returned him to Iraq for UCMJ action. All the witnesses were
forward. There was a strong case for the malingering charge and an equally
strong case for the theft charges. I don't know if that suffices, let me

know.
