Investigation did not develop sufficient evidence to prove or disprove— allegation that 0744 U.S. soldiers stole approximately $40,000.00 from him. Leader, B CO, 3rd FSB (Deployed), Fort Stewart, GA, who stated other units captured the EPWs and turned them into the 3rd FSB for transport to the DCCP. 2LT. 1,40.peistated when the EPWS are turned over to his unit, there was not'i ?Rding system in place to determine who the capturing unit was. Between 1 May 03 and 3 Jun 03,. merous attempts were made to locate and re-interview Mr. and M.
