FACTS: On or about the evening of 5 February 2004 while in the course of your assigned
duties within the S-2 section of the 310 th Military Police Battalion and while interviewing
one of three new prisoners at Camp Bucca, Iraq did in the course of your investigation ,
strike detainee # 1111.1111 Article 93, UCMJ. 146n -th6e face (left eye) and back. This was done in violation of

REPRIMAND: You are here by reprimanded for this most serious act. Such misconduct
is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. As a soldier in the United States Army assigned
to a Military Police unit that is responsible for the incarceration, well-being and treatment
of Civilian Internees, you have-the responsibility to ensure all detainees are not
mistreated or humiliated and that all provisions of the articles of the Geneva Convention
are adhered to.
3. WARNING:
This reprimand is an administrative action that has been issued as a result of
an Article 15, Uniformed Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) hearing. I must warn you that
another incident of such or similar nature will be dealt with much more severely and that
further UCMJ action could involve discharge from the Army and or your incarceration.
4. DISPOSITION OF REPRIMAND:
This reprimand will be placed in your OMPF file
