MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD
I attempted to reachl which is the
telephone number 'provided for him. A Spanish-speaking woman answered the
telephone and said no longer lives at that location and that he has a new telephone
number. She was unable to locate his current home telephone number; however, when I
told her it was iniportant that I contact him and that this was the only number on file for
him at work another woman joined the conversation and provided cellular telephone
number as 1
I left a voicemail message on Wednesda 12 Ma 2004, at 1100 hours (EST).
I asked him to calif in Washington at today. I also said I
would call him back to save him on long-distance charges.
