He arrived at 3:44 p.m. and I gave him the ROI and the comments/changes sheet and informed him that if
he had any comments to pls put them on the comments/changes sheets. I told him that if he made any
changes/comments, I had to witness his signature; he informed me that he did not intend to sign anything
today. He departed at 4:22 p.m., thanked me and returned the ROI and the comments/changes sheets
unmarked.
