DETAILS
AL-JAMAIDI for approximately one hour and garnered Mr. AL-JAMAIDI' s name and that he claimed to know

detainee jumpsuit. At approximately 0530,j jand \ \resumed the interrogation of Mr.
AL-JAMAIDI. ·Some time around 0700, while answering a question, Mr. AL-JAMAIDI's head. slumped over to
the. side.j jstated Mr. AL-JAMAIDI's chest wits not movjng, so he removed his hood to further
[observe !Us coridttion. At this pointj I summoned the Military Police to ·seek medicslly assistance for
~- ALcJAMAIDI. At this point, both men left the interrogation cell. · · · .
AGENT's COMMENT: I kiaimed he at.no time observed Mr. AL-JAMAIDI's face until the
emovsi of the hood at the Abu Gltraib Prison. Additionslly, I \stated that Mr. AL-JAM.AIDI's
•ace had no medics! bandage upon removal of the hood. He did claim to observe the swollen.and bruised
f:ondition ofMr. AL-JAMAIDI's face,\ elated that Mr. AL-JAMAIDI was resisting arrest and
jwould not cooperate with the commands of the SEAL Team on several occasions. He slso stated that Mr. ALAMAIDI'
s hands were bound during the interview With handcuffs, which were joined behind his back. Further,
