The summary states that because this is not a law enforcement interrogation, the interrogation team is not limited to the use of traditional law enforcement methods and Abu Zubaydah is not entitled to legal protections of the Geneva Conventions. It also outlines the make up of the interrogation team, the types of methods it will employ, and the next steps the team plans to take.
