This is the Autopsy Report and Death Certificate of an unknown Iraqi male detainee believed to be Hamza Hassad Twfeek Najm Byaty Al-Zubydy, who died while en route between prisons. It is reported that the detainee experienced an unknown medical condition that included shortness of breath and a rapid heart beat. He was treated by medics on the scene, but his vital signs collapsed, and he died, Cause of Death: Undetermined Atraumatic Cause; Manner of Death: Natural.
