This is the Autopsy Report & Death Certificate for Thair Hamid Khalaf Hassan Al Alwani, an Iraqi detainee killed while being transported between detention centers. It is reported that Mr. A Alwani was shot by the soldier guarding him when Mr. Al Alwani attempted to gain control of the soldier's gun. The Report states the incident occurred in a vehicle when Mr. Al Alwani grabbed an M4 rifle of the soldier, causing one round to be discharged from the rifle.
