This is the Autopsy Report & Death Certificate for Talib Umar Muhyi, a detainee of the Baghdad Central Confinement Facility (BCCF) Abu Ghraib, Baghdad, Iraq. It is reported that Mr. Muhyi was noted to have decreased urine output, and transported to the 344th Emergency Trauma Room. The Report states that he had poorly controlled Type I diabetes mellitus, and died despite treatment.
