This is the Autopsy Report for Sadir Ahmed Ibrahim. It is reported that Mr. Ibrahim was caught attempting to plant an IED and was being attacked by local Iraqis when American forces came upon the scene and rescued him, and brought him to Camp Cropper for detention & medical treatment. The Report states that Mr. Ibrahim was initially treated for ventricular fibrillation & hypothermia, but upon stabilization he had several complications including a decreased mental status, renal failure, generalized seizures. His conditions were considered irreversible and the decision was made to treat him for comfort. He died seven days later. Cause of Death: Complications of Blunt Force Injuries; Manner of Death: Homicide.
