This is the Autopsy Report & Death Certificate of Muhammed Hamza Al-Zubaydi, a detainee at the Baghdad Central Confinement Facility (BCCF), Abu Ghraib Prison. It is reported that Mr. Al-Zubaydi suffered from cardiac ailments, including cardiac arrests occurring just prior to his dying. The Report states that Mr. Al-Zubaydi was admitted to the hospital ward when he was experiencing chest pain & respiratory distress. He died while undergoing treatment. Cause of Death: Hypertensive Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease; Manner of Death: Natural.
