This is the Autopsy Report & Death Certificate for Muhammad Ahmad A.S. Al Hanashi, a detainee at the Guantanamo Bay Detention Facility. It is reported that Mr. Al Hanashi was found in his cell at the Behavior Health Unit (BHU) with a ligature around his neck. The Report states that Mr. Al Hanashi was found unresponsive, breathless and without a pulse. CPR and other life saving measures were initiated, but failed to revive him. Cause of Death: Asphyxia due to Ligature Strangulation; Manner of Death: Suicide.
