Monder Mahmoud Abdulkaderal Lohaybi, a detainee at the Baghdad Central Confinement Facility (BCCF), who died on March 30, 2006. Mr. Lohaybi was found unconsciousness and brought to the camp hospital via medics, where he arrived unconscious, breathless & without a pulse. CPR and other life saving measures were initiated, but failed to revive him. Mr. Lohaybi was pronounced dead at the hospital. Cause of Death: Cardiac Arrest; Manner of Death: Natural.
