This is the Autopsy Report & Death Certificate for Mohammad Anwar Abdulkarim, a detainee at the Theater Internment Facility (TIF), Camp Bucca, Umm Qasr, Iraq. It is reported that Mr. Abdulkarim was attacked by another detainee and stabbed to death. It is reported that several detainees conspired to carryout the killing.
