This is the Autopsy Report & Death Certificate of Majamey Al Khalaf, a detainee who died at the 82nd Combat Support Hospital (CSH) in Tallil, Iraq. Mr. Khalaf was a detainee at the Theater Internment Facility (TIF), Camp Bucca, Iraq, when it is reported that he suffered a heart attack. The Report states that Mr. Al Khalaf was evaluated at the Camp medical clinic on January 27th, and the medical clinic at the TIF determined that Mr. Al Khalaf should be transferred to the 82nd CSH in Tallil, Iraq for further treatment. It was at the 82nd CSH in Tallil where he died after extensive treatment for his illness. Cause of Death: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease; Manner of Death: Natural.
