This is the Autopsy Report & Death Certificate of Luay Mustafa Razzaq Abd-Al, a detainee who died at the Special Housing Unit at Camp cropper, Iraq. It is reported that Mr. Abd-al was found hanging in his cell by his pants that he made into a noose.
