This is the Autopsy Report & Death Certificate for Khatab Aswad Salih, a detainee who died after being shot in Kirkuk, Iraq. It is reported that Mr. Salih was shot by US Forces on June 23, 2007. The Report states that Mr. Salih survived the initial encounter, and was treated for his gunshot injuries, but succumb to his injuries.
