This is the Autopsy Report & Death Certificate of Khalifa Hamadi Atiah, a detainee who died at Camp Remembrance, Iraq. It is reported that Mr. Atiah was admitted to the 21st Combat Support Hospital (CSH) with chest pains and suffering from a heart attack. The Report states that Mr. Ataih's condition worsened, and he died. CPR and other life saving measures were initiated, but failed to revive him. Cause of Death: Acute Myocardial Infarction; Manner of Death: Natural.
