This is the Autopsy Report & Death Certificate of Johar Nasir Hammed, a detainee in custody at Camp Anaconda, Balad, Iraq. It is reported that Mr. Hammed was injured when taken in to custody, and that after being proceeded in to the Camp he was seen disorientated and slurring his speech. Mr. Hammed was subsequently brought to the local medical facility with a suspected stroke. The stroke was confirmed, and Mr. Hammed was admitted to the hospital for this condition. He died during treatment. Cause of Death: Acute Cerebrovascular Accident; Manner of Death: Natural.
