This is the Autopsy Report & Death Certificate for Hyder Abdul Hussein, a detainee who died at Camp Bucca, Umm Qasr, Iraq, on March 15, 2008. It is reported that Mr. Hussein was admitted to the Camp Hospital because he was not feeling well. It is reported that Mr. Hussein had a history of heart failure and was diagnosed as having an enlarged heart. The Report states that Mr. Hussein experienced two heart attacks in four days at the hospital, and on March 15th he suffered his final cardiac arrest. Mr. Hussein died in the TIF Hospital following life saving measures. Cause of Death: Dilated Cardiomyopathy; Manner of Death: Natural.
