This is the Autopsy Report for Hassan Ekab Ahmed, a detainee at the, Central Collection Facility (CCF), Tikrit, Iraq. It is reported that Mr. Ahmed was found in his bed, unresponsive, breathless and without a pulse. The Report states that when Mr. Ahmed was processed in to the CCF he was noted to have a history of diabetes & renal failure.
