This is the Autopsy Report & Death Certificate of Ezaldin Awand Hazzaa Al Doulaimee, an Iraqi who was shot in a firefight with US Army personnel on September 30, 2006. It is reported that Mr. Al Doulaimee was shot in the back, but stabilized, then brought to the Camp Bucca Hospital, where he was able to ambulate with some assistance. The Report states that Mr. Al Doulaimee was later found in his hospital bed unresponsive, breathless and without a pulse. CPR and other life saving measures were initiated, but failed to revive him. Mr. Al Doulaimee was pronounced dead at the hospital. (CID Report (Death): 0095-2006-CID579-79225-5H6).
